Interview with Shaun Evaristo | Women(+) We’ve Been Waiting For | S1: Ep. 15

Shaun Evaristo is a Filipino-American professional dancer and choreographer. He is currently the CEO of Movement Lifestyle, a management company for choreographers, and has taught at several well-known dance institutions.

TODAY he talks about why community building starts with immersion, understanding, and collaboration—and how it could benefit greatly from a form of philanthropy that takes that same approach.

Who should we interview next? We’d love to hear your thoughts.

Why Women(+)? We were inspired by one of the pioneers of this movement Jacki Zehner, and we adapted the term from ShePlace: “women(+) includes all self-identifying women, including cis and transgender women, non-binary and gender-fluid individuals, and all allies who share our values.”
